Analysis paralysis is real. Too many choices; too many doubts. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I find myself second-guessing the decisions I’ve made. “Was it the right one?” “What if I had chosen option B?” “Did I shortchange myself?”
Doubt is a double-edged sword. It can bring you down, or, motivate you to make a change. It can destroy you, or, you can let it build you up.
In working with my clients, I’ve encountered both aspects of the frenemy, Doubt.
I have walked with individuals and couples through the forest of their doubts. We have seen how doubt can obliterate their “self” and their connections. We have also seen how doubt can be used to turn a life and relationship around.
Doubts don’t have to ruin your life…relationship…career, etc. You can move past analysis paralysis, and eventually embrace your choices and decisions.

Pro-tip: doubts can often turn into obsessions. Instead, write them down, and tackle each one individually. This may include asking the people you spend the most time with for help/their perspective. Be mindful of whom you ask: do they encourage you? Or bring you down? Choose wisely.
